Who can order
You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live, or shop with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate, current contact, payment, and delivery details, to keep your order correspondence secure, and to be responsible for activity carried out using information under your control.
Orders and our acceptance
Submitting the checkout is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges the request; it is not an acceptance. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order on reasonable grounds — a bag being unavailable, a payment failing, an obvious price or description error, suspected fraud or abuse of an offer, or a delivery restriction. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount is returned to the original method.
Prices, currency, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select and converted from our pricing currency for convenience; your card provider decides the final amount and any conversion fee. Postage and any tax we must collect are displayed before payment. Payment is handled by an independent provider under its own terms, and the detail is in Payment & Pricing.
Delivery and risk
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier volumes, or other events outside our reasonable control. Responsibility for loss or damage passes only as provided by the law applying to your order and by the service agreed. See Shipping & Delivery.
Returns and the guarantee
Returns are governed by Returns & Refunds and faults by Care & Guarantee. Those pages form part of these terms, and neither of them restricts a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live.
Offers
An offer may carry extra terms, dates, eligible pieces, regions, or quantity limits. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, cannot be applied after purchase, have no cash value, and end when stock runs out. The rules are in Offers & Their Rules.
Colour, size, and product detail
Product pages describe each bag as accurately as we can, including dimensions where they are known. Screens render colour differently, leather and canvas vary in grain and tone, and hardware finishes can differ slightly between batches. Those variations are characteristic of real materials rather than faults. If a measurement is critical, write to us before ordering and we will check the piece.
Our content
The text, photography, illustrations, logo, and design of this shop belong to us or to our licensors. You may view, print, or save order and policy information for your own records and share ordinary links. You may not reproduce our imagery, remove rights notices, create confusingly similar branding, frame or mirror the site, build a commercial catalogue from our content, or imply a partnership without written permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party services
Payment, delivery, and some embedded features are operated by independent providers. Their services, content, availability, and policies are their responsibility, and a link or integration is not an endorsement. Read the terms a provider presents before using its service.
Availability and disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, this shop is provided as it is and as it is available, without warranties other than those expressly stated, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may correct a genuine typographical or system error; where a correction affects an order that has not been dispatched, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel the affected piece.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of a bag. Our total liability for a claim connected with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the piece that gave rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where they are prohibited, including to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot be waived.
Suspension and indemnity
We may suspend or restrict access where it is needed to protect the shop, our customers, or others. To the extent the law allows, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the site, content you supply, or a material breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SproutJewel is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of the place you live applies. Nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing a claim in your own local courts where that right cannot be excluded.
Changes and the whole agreement
We may update these terms for the future, and the date on this page identifies the current version. These terms, together with the policies and order-specific details they reference, make up the entire agreement between us about your use of the shop, and they do not create rights for anyone else. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be narrowed or removed only as far as necessary and the rest will continue in force.
