30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Return
- Contact us at customercarenow@sproutjewel.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
